Rieder supports children in need

As one of the largest companies in the Pinzgau it is important to us to make a contribution. We want to give something back. The valuable work done by Caritas, we appreciate very much.

The project "LaufWunder11" is a charity run organized by youngCaritas.at. 22.000 students participated across Austria. The sponsors supported every kilometre with an agreed amount of money. The money is for projects to children in need at home and abroad.

 

300 students of the ASO St. Anton and the main school in Bruck participated on 20th of May at the young caritas run in 2011 and ran together some impressive 1.000 km. The Rieder Group made ​​donations for every kilometre and sponsored the runners with four euros per kilometre. € 4000 could be earned for the Caritas Village.

The ambitious goal of bringing together 1000 km along was fully achieved. "I ran three laps," says Ludwig Thoma, student of second class of primary school Bruck, proudly. "That makes almost 30 € for the children in the village of St. Anton."  Rieder supported the action with 4 € per kilometre.
