The "zebra stripes" for our amphibians have been especially developed by us and are cost-effectively manufactured in series. One of the many areas of application for naturally-occurring cement.

The elements can be immediately integrated in new constructions.  In existing roads, the guide walls are built into the shoulder; however, the road must be dug up for the crossings (approx. every 100 m) and the tunnels have to be laid.

The running surfaces of our elements are built in exposed aggregate concrete - similar to a gravel/crushed stone subgrade - so that the amphibians do not stick to it! Trials using smooth surfaces have shown that animals stick to it and dry up.
