Grünwand and Grünwall are plantable noise protection structures that are freestanding and sloped on both sides. The sound insulation and sound absorption are especially favourable due, on the one hand, to the heavy weight of the wall and, on the other hand, to the low ratio of reflective concrete parts on the exposed face of the structure.
